LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
VARIANCE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
Notice is hereby given that the Brown County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on June 24th, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. Due to the COVID19 Public Health Emergency status, it is unknown at this time whether the meeting will be held by virtual means or in person at a public meeting facility. Also, due to a larger agenda than normal, the meeting may be continued to June 25th, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to consider a petition by Russ Herndon for approval of an application to allow a front setback Variance on property owned by Maire Quilter. The file on this matter is available for public inspection 10 days prior to the hearing, during the regular working hours at the Brown County Area Plan Commission office in the County Office Building located at 201 Locust Lane in Nashville, Indiana, by appointment.
All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters set out in the petition. Written comments regarding the petition, which are filed with the secretary of the Area Plan Commission before the day of the hearing, will be considered.
