FOR REZONING
BROWN COUNTY AREA PLAN COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that Charles and Kimberly Harper have filed with the Area Plan Commission of the County of Brown, Indiana, an application for Rezoning of property, to wit:
Legal description of premises (see attached).
Applicant is requesting approval for rezoning the described property from Secondary Residential (R2) to Business District One (B1) for 241 Heimburger Lane, and 245, 247, 251, 255, 259 and the lot between 245 and 247 Old State Road 46, all in Washington Township in the Town of Nashville.
The Commission will hold a public hearing on September 22, 2020 during a meeting commencing at 6:00 p.m. at the Brown County Music Center located at 200 Maple Leaf Boulevard, Nashville, Indiana.
