Feb. 8

Michael C. Campono, operating a vehicle while intoxicated — endangering a person, Class A misdemeanor; remaining counts dismissed; 365 days BCJ/BCCC with four days executed, remainder suspended. Credit for two actual days.  Probation for 361 days with conditions to include: Substance abuse evaluation, Victim Impact Panel, 24 hours community service, restitution to Nova Smith in the amount of $2,500 (cap) or a satisfactory amount between insurance company and Ms. Smith. State to notify court and defendant if additional restitution is requested by Feb. 12. 90-day license suspension commencing Oct. 20, 2015; $1 fine, $384.50 total costs.

Alexander James Zschunke, criminal trespass, Class A misdemeanor; 104 days BCJ, all executed. Credit for 52 actual days; $1 fine, $184 total costs.

Feb. 10

Evan J. Stewart, dealing in a Schedule I controlled substance, Level 6 felony; remaining counts dismissed; two and a half years DOC/BJ/BCCC with 365 days executed, remainder suspended. Consecutive to U.S. District Court of Southern District of Ohio (bank robbery). Credit for 15 actual days. Probation for 547 days, beginning upon release from incarceration, with conditions to include: Substance abuse evaluation; $1 fine, $384 total costs.

Feb. 11

Shawn M. Lentz, domestic battery, Class A misdemeanor; remaining counts dismissed; 365 days BCJ/BCCC with 180 days day reporting with electronic monitoring executed, remainder suspended. Consecutive to 12FB0159. Probation for 180 days, to begin upon release from incarceration/community corrections, with conditions to include: Batterer’s Intervention Program, no violent contact with victim. Defendant shall be released from probation upon successful completion of special conditions; $1 fine, $234 total costs. Domestic Violence Determination reviewed with defendant.

Andrew J. Wilborn, disorderly conduct, Class B misdemeanor; remaining counts dismissed; 90 days BCJ/BCCC, all executed. Credit for four actual days. No contact order in favor of victims as condition of sentence; $1 fine, $184 total costs. Defendant to report to Brown County jail on Feb. 8 at 11 a.m.

Andrew J. Wilborn, driving while suspended, Class A misdemeanor; 30 days BCJ/BCCC, all executed. Credit for two actual days. Court orders no contact order in favor of victims in 15F60160 as condition of sentence; $1 fine, $184.50 total costs. Defendant to report to Brown County jail Feb. 11 by 11 a.m.
