Bluebird society

The Brown County Bluebird Society will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 1 at the Brown County Public Library.

The group will view a short video and discuss the upcoming bluebird nesting season. Everyone is welcome. Help will be provided to anyone who wants to erect a bluebird nesting box.

Quilters guild

COLUMBUS — The Columbus Star Quilters Guild will meet at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday, March 2, at the Masonic Lodge, 4131 Rocky Ford Road. All are welcome.

The March program includes show-and-tell. The guild’s annual auction is this month, with bargains on fabric, books and other sewing items.

Woodworkers club

The Brown County Woodworkers Club will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 2, at the Brown County Public Library, 205 N. Locust Lane. Marc Adams of Marc Adams Woodworking School will be the guest speaker.

Photography club

Beginning in March, the Brown County Photography Club will meet the second Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. in lower-level meeting room C of the Brown County Public Library, 205 N. Locust Lane. Open to photographers of all skill levels, the next meeting will be March 8.

Drop-in visitors are welcome. The club hosts monthly field trips to nearby venues for photo shoots.
