FRUITDALE — A Whiteland man was arrested early in the morning Feb. 21 after an officer found him lying in the middle of Hornettown Road.
Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy Chad Williams reported finding Erick A. Snow, 42, at about 4:48 a.m. Snow was holding a baggie that contained 15 grams of methamphetamine, according to a probable cause affidavit.
Snow was charged Feb. 22 with possession of methamphetamine, a Level 4 felony.
