Virginia Faye (Miller) Walker, 92, of Franklin United Methodist Community, died Friday evening, March 4, 2016.
She is survived by her children, Pam (Jim) Arnold of New Albany, Gwen (Mark) Bushnell of Virginia Beach, Virginia, and Lawrence (Karen) Walker of Trafalgar; son-in-law, Bruce Samm of Indianapolis; sister-in-law, Joan Miller of Mode, Illinois; 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Virginia was preceded in death by her husband, Ervin F. Walker; and a daughter, Sarah J. Samm.
The Rev. John Elliott will conduct a funeral service at 10 a.m. Thursday, March 10, at Wright Chapel of Franklin United Methodist Community, 1070 W. Jefferson St. in Franklin. Friends can call from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center, 179 E. Mulberry St. in Morgantown, and one hour prior to the service at Wright Chapel. Burial will be in East Hill Cemetery in Morgantown with a reception following at Morgantown United Methodist Church.
