C. David Spiece, 57, of Columbus, died at 1:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 15, 2016, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility.
He is survived by his wife, Julia A. Spiece of Columbus; son, C.J. (Lauren) Spiece of Columbus; daughter, Amy (Greg) Craft of Elizabethtown; brother, Ed Spiece of Fishers; sisters, Charlotte Spiece of Indianapolis and Vickie McCoy of Nashville; and five grandchildren.
The funeral was conducted March 18 at Myers-Reed Chapel in Columbus with the Revs. Nelson Lee and Andy Kilps officiating. Calling was March 17 and prior to the service. Burial was in Garland Brook Cemetery in Columbus.
