A Louisville, Kentucky man faces drug charges stemming from a November traffic stop in Brown County.
Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy Andrew Eggebrecht stopped John G. Martin, 23, for speeding Nov. 29. Eggebrecht reported in a probable-cause affidavit that after Martin was released from the traffic stop, he admitted to having marijuana in the vehicle.
Eggebrecht said he found less than 30 grams of the drug, a grinder containing suspected marijuana and a multi-colored pipe.
Both charges are misdemeanors.
