Traffic stop for speeding leads to possession charge

A Louisville, Kentucky, man faces a possession charge after he was pulled over on State Road 46 East for driving 55 mph in a 40 mph zone.

Nashville Police Officer Michael Williams pulled a vehicle over driven by Colin A. Grandon on Dec. 13. During the stop, Williams discovered Grandon had a multicolored glass pipe with residue suspected to be burnt marijuana in it, the police report said.

Grandon was charged Jan. 27 with possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor.
