A Helmsburg man faces two felonies after he failed to go to jail as ordered.
Robert B. Crone Jr., 32, was sentenced July 15 to 180 days in jail after being found in contempt of court for two domestic-related cases. He was ordered to report to the Brown County jail on Nov. 4 at 4 p.m., but did not do so, said Brown County Jail Commander Tony Sciscoe said.
Failure to return to lawful detention is a Level 6 felony.
