BROWN COUNTY AREA BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

Notice is hereby given that the Brown County Area Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on March 29, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. in the second floor meeting room in the County Office Building. The purpose of the meeting is to consider a petition by Ronald and Angela Hruban for approval of an undersized parcel.

Legal description of premises:

A part of the West half of the Northwest quarter of Section 3, Township 10 North, range 2 East, described as follows: Beginning 818 feet East and 1199.5 feet North E the West half-mile corner of said Section 3; thence West 530.8 feet; hence North 254.2 feet; thence North 19 degrees 30 minutes West 361.71 feet; hence Northeasterly with the center of the County Road 200 feet; thence South 19 degrees 30 minutes East 511.9 feet; thence East 322.2 feet; thence South 254.2 feet to the beginning, containing 5 acres, more or less.

The property is located at 9857 Short Chute Rd in Jackson Township.

The file on this matter is available for public inspection 10 days prior to the hearing, during regular working hours at the Brown County Area Plan Commission office in the County Office Building, Nashville, Indiana.

All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters set out in the application. Written comments regarding die petition, which are filed with the secretary of the Area Plan Commission before the hearing, will be considered. The hearing may be continued from time to time.
