A Seymour man faces a misdemeanor charge in Brown County after police stopped him for an “equipment violation.”
Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy Andrew Eggebrecht stopped a vehicle driven by Donald C. Holley, 22, on Nov. 7. He reported smelling marijuana in the vehicle and found a smoking pipe with suspected marijuana residue inside.
Holley was charged Nov. 13 with possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor.
