Movie planned at church on Good Friday
BEAN BLOSSOM — A historical biography, “Son of God,” will be aired at 7 p.m. on Good Friday, March 30, at Bean Blossom Community Church, 5046 State Road 135 North.

Children can hunt for eggs at Abe Martin Lodge
On Saturday, March 31, Brown County State Park will host Easter egg hunts at Abe Martin Lodge for children up to age 10.
Times for hunts are 11 a.m. for 3 years and younger; noon for ages 4 to 6; and 1 p.m. for ages 7 to 10.
While the egg hunts are free, the $5-per-in-state-car entrance fee to the park applies.
Egg hunt planned at Deer Run Park
Children ages 2 to 10 can participate in the annual Easter Egg Hunt at Deer Run Park. The free event starts at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 31 and will include an appearance by the Easter Bunny.
Easter egg hunt planned at fairgrounds
An inaugural community Easter egg hunt for children up to age 10 will begin at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 31 at the green building on the Brown County 4-H fairgrounds.
Drinks and refreshments will be served at the building. In case of rain, the hunt will be moved inside.

Sunrise service, breakfast, Easter cantata slated at church
BECKS GROVE — Easter services at Becks Grove Christian Church, 8009 Becks Grove Road, will be Sunday, April 1.
A sunrise service will begin at 7 a.m.
Breakfast will be served at 8:15 a.m., followed by a cantata and morning service at 9:30 a.m. All are welcome.
Easter breakfast and dinner buffet available at lodge
The Season’s Lodge dining room, 560 State Road 46 East, will host a breakfast buffet from 8 to 10 a.m. and a dinner buffet from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Easter Sunday, April 1.
Breakfast prices are $11.95 per adult and $5.95 per child ages 3 to 11. The dinner buffet costs $23.95 per adult, $19.95 per senior and $9.95 per child ages 3 to 11.

Bean Blossom church plans Easter brunch
BEAN BLOSSOM — Bean Blossom Community Church, 5046 State Road 135 North, will serve a free Easter brunch pitch-in from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Sunday, April 1. Participants can bring a dish to share or just come.

Helmsburg church planning special service, hunt
HELMSBURG — Brown County Community Church in Helmsburg will have a sunrise service on Sunday, April 1 beginning at 7 a.m. to celebrate Resurrection Sunday. A pitch-in breakfast will follow in the Fellowship Hall.
A special video will be played during the normal 9:30 a.m. Sunday School and morning worship service at 10:30 a.m. An Easter egg hunt will follow this service.
