BROWN COUNTY AREA BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
Notice is hereby given that the Brown County Area Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on June 27, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the second floor meeting room in the County Office Building. The purpose of the meeting is to consider a petition by Larry and Donna Borders for approval of an application for a Variance to allow an undersized parcel.
Legal description of premises:
A part of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 7, Township 9 North, Range 3 East, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows:
Beginning 200.55 feet East of the Southwest corner of said quarter quarter section; thence North 9 degrees West 154.5 feet; thence North 88-1/2 degrees East 58 feet; thence with the centerline of Greasy Creek Road North 10-1/2 degrees West 177.5 feet, North 15 degrees West 75 feet, and North 16 degrees West 86.3 feet; thence North 89-1/4 degrees East 319 feet; thence South 2-1/2 degrees West 124.3 feet; thence South 19 degrees West 152 feet; thence South 11 degrees West 193.5 feet; thence South 88-3/4 degrees East 72 feet; thence South to the South line of said quarter quarter section; thence Westerly with said South line to the beginning, containing 1-13/16 acres, more or less;
The property is located at 2299 Greasy Creek Road in Jackson Township.
The file on this matter is available for public inspection 10 days prior to the hearing, during regular working hours at the Brown County Area Plan Commission office in the County Office Building located at 201 Locust Lane Nashville, Indiana.
All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters set out in the application. Written comments regarding the petition, which are filed with the secretary of the Area Plan Commission before the hearing, will be considered. The hearing may be continued from time to time.
