STORY — A woman was injured in Brown County Aug. 4 when she crashed her motorcycle on State Road 135 South.
The crash happened around 1:45 p.m. Carol J. Lewicki, 60, of Brazil, was riding south on 135 South when she took a curve too wide near Susie Ayers Road, according to an accident report by Sgt. Scott Bowling with the Brown County Sheriff’s Department.
Lewicki was taken to the hospital for a hip/upper leg injury, Bowling reported. Her motorcycle was towed from the scene. The report did not note whether or not she was wearing a helmet.
