Sept. 21

Zachary Wiefling, possession of methamphetamine, Level 6 felony; 300 days in Brown County jail, all executed. Credit for 134 actual days. Consecutive to 39D01-1805-F6-453 and 39D01-1708-F6-781; $386 fine and total court costs.

Jeremy Jason Reynolds, four counts of nonsupport of a dependent child, Level 6 felonies. On each count, concurrent, 365 days in BCJ/Brown County Community Corrections, all executed. Sentence may be served on work release if eligible. Credit for 66 actual days; $189 fine and total court costs.

William Thompson, operating a vehicle while intoxicated — endangering a person, Class A misdemeanor; remaining counts dismissed; 240 days in BCJ, all executed. Credit for 106 actual days already served. Sentence is consecutive to any other sentence that may result in current pending cases. Driver’s license suspension for 90 days, commencing July 25, 2017; $1 fine, $386.50 total court costs.

Sept. 24

Ross A. Volbrecht, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, Level 6 felony; remaining count dismissed; 730 days in BCJ/BCCC with two days executed, remainder suspended. Credit for one actual day. Probation for 728 days with conditions to include: 50 hours of community service, successfully complete treatment at Still Waters, check in with probation weekly as directed; $285 fine and total court costs. Defendant shall be released from probation after 545 days upon successful completion of special conditions. Defendant’s conviction shall be entered as Class A misdemeanor upon successful completion of probation.

Heather N. Whitaker, theft, Class A misdemeanor; 365 days in BCJ/BCCC with 10 days executed. Credit for five actual days. Probation for 355 days with conditions to include 50 hours of community service and Cognitive Programming course; $276 fine and total court costs.

Lynn L. Austin, operating a vehicle while intoxicated — endangering a person, Class A misdemeanor; remaining count dismissed; 365 days in BCJ/BCCC, all suspended. Probation for 365 days with standard OWI conditions plus 90 days of home detention and 400 hours of community service. License suspension for 322 days commencing Nov. 6, 2017; $386.50 fine and total court costs.
