You are notified that you have been sued in the Brown Circuit Court, Cause No. 07C01-1806-SC-000056 by Davis Development, LLC. The nature of the suit against you is a Small Claims Complaint for Eviction, and damages.
This summons by publication is specifically directed to Defendant, Boots N Bling Western Wear & Tack, LLC, whose last known address is 227 South Van Buren, Nashville, IN 47448.
An answer or other appropriate response in writing to the Complaint must be filed either by you or your attorney with the Clerk of the Brown Circuit Court, P O Box 85, Nashville, Indiana, 47448 (812) 988-5510, on or before twenty (20) days after publication of the Third Notice of Suit, and if you fail to do so a judgment may be entered against you for what the Plaintiff has demanded.
This cause is currently set for hearing on eviction on the January 17, 2019 at 8:30 a.m. in the Brown Circuit Court. You or a representative must appear or the relief requested by Plaintiff may be granted.
