PUBLIC NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY
On behalf of the Brown County Board of Commissioners, Butler Fairman and Seufert Inc., 8450 Westfield Boulevard, Suite 300, Indianapolis, Indiana, is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Salt Creek Trail – DNR Phase located at 39°11’41” N 86°13’24” W .
