TO: Amanda Campbell, AKA Amanda L. Campbell, AKA Amanda Lynn Campbell and Tyler Campbell, AKA Tyler D. Campbell, AKA Tyler Drew Campbell:
BE IT KNOWN, that Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper, the above-named Plaintiff, by its attorney, Elyssa M. Meade, has filed in the office of the Clerk of the Brown Circuit Court its Complaint against Defendants Amanda Campbell, AKA Amanda L. Campbell, AKA Amanda Lynn Campbell and Tyler Campbell, AKA Tyler D. Campbell, AKA Tyler Drew Campbell, and the said Plaintiff having also filed in said Clerk’s office the affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of the Defendants, Amanda Campbell, AKA Amanda L. Campbell, AKA Amanda Lynn Campbell and Tyler Campbell, AKA Tyler D. Campbell, AKA Tyler Drew Campbell, upon diligent inquiry are unknown, and that said cause of action is for default on the promissory note and to foreclose a mortgage on the following described real estate in Brown County, State of Indiana, to wit:
Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, and part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 8 North, Range 3 East, Van Buren Township, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 36, thence North 03 degrees 40 minutes 20 seconds West (assumed bearing) 179.68 feet to the center of Bob Allen County Road and the point of beginning for the tract herein described; thence with the center of said County Road; North 08 degrees 16 minutes 40 seconds West 65.68 feet, North 24 degrees 11 minutes 25 seconds West 89.71 feet, and North 30 degrees 30 minutes 01 second west 114.18 feet to the intersection of said County Road and a Branch; thence North 76 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds East 500.00 feet; thence South 04 degrees 32 minutes 10 seconds West 371.88 feet; thence South 88 degrees 20 minutes 48 seconds West 301.58 feet; thence North 44 degrees 20 minutes 22 seconds West 23.53 feet; thence South 88 degrees 44 minutes 20 seconds West 34.37 feet to the beginning, containing 3.0 acres, more or less. commonly known as 7693 Bob Allen Road, Freetown, IN 47235.
NOW, THEREFORE, said Defendants are hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said Complaint against them and that unless they appear and answer or otherwise defend thereto within thirty (30) days after the last notice of this action is published, judgment by default may be entered against said Defendants for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
