Agenda includes Mollo Endeavors LLC requesting a minor subdivision at 1305 Greasy Creek Road in Washington Township; Jerald Fleetwood requesting a rezone from primary residential (R1) to general business (GB) at 3324 State Road 46 East in Washington Township; and the Town of Nashville requesting a public hearing on changes to the town’s zoning ordinance to reduce minimum lot size and ground floor area requirement in R1 zoning. To be followed by a work session to discuss accessory dwelling units if time allows.

Agenda includes recognition of Brown County Junior High School’s girls basketball team for their undefeated season and for being conference champions; department update from Director of Student Learning Debbie Harman; recommendation to approve easement agreement between BCS and Brown County; retirement notice of Christina Stoll effective Dec. 31; donation of music supplies from multiple donors; temporary pay increase for substitute high school attendance secretary; separations of BCS cafe worker and BCS bus monitor, junior high assistant wrestling coach and assistant cross-country coach; and high school assistant boys varsity basketball coach; appointment of BCS bus driver; and superintendent’s report.
