Be advised that Jerry L. Weber and Debra A. Weber filed a Complaint to Quiet Title on March 7, 2019, as to the following parcel of real property located in Brown County, Indiana:

Lot Number SW-119, in Sweetwater Lake Addition, Plat Number 25, which Plat is recorded in Plat Book No. 1, on page 6 in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana.

Commonly known as:    7070 Muskrat Drive, Nineveh, Indiana 46164

The correct name and legal residence of some of the individual and corporate defendants are unknown. Interested parties must answer or otherwise respond to the complaint within thirty (30) days of the last publication of this summons, or a judgment will be entered granting the Plaintiff’s demand. If you have a claim against the Plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, or the real estate mentioned above, you must assert it in your written answer.
