CATHARINE WINGARD AND SANDIE JONES FOR A SPECIAL EXCEPTION, BROWN COUNTY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

Notice is hereby given that the Brown County Area Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on May 29, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the second floor meeting room in the County Office Building. The purpose of die meeting is to consider a petition by Catharine Wingard and Sandie Jones to allow a Home Stay-Home Occupation Special Exception in the residence of the property’ owners.

The location of the property is 356 Artist Drive, Nashville in Washington Township.

Legal description of premises:

A part of Lot No. 28 in MULLANEY’S ADDITION to the Town of Nashville, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows:

Starting at a point in the Northeast corner of Lot No. 8 in the SHULZ ADDITION and running thence West along the South line of Lot No. 28 in MULLANEY’S ADDITION to the Town of Nashville, Brown County, Indiana, for a distance of 210.6 feet; thence North 50 feet; thence East 12.2 feet; thence North 60 feet; thence North 88-1/2 degrees East 252.5 feet; thence South 7.6 feet; thence South 32 degrees West 98.6 feet; thence South 12 feet to the point of beginning. The file on this matter is available for public inspection 10 days prior to the hearing, during the regular working hours at the Brown County- Area Plan Commission office in the County Office Building located at 201 Locust Lane in Nashville, Indiana.

All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters set out in die petition. Written comments regarding the petition, which are filed with the secretary of the Area Plan Commission before the hearing will be considered.
