Notice is hereby given to taxpayers of Brown County Schools  that the proper officers of Brown County Schools will conduct a public hearing on the year 2020-2024 proposed Bus Replacement Plan pursuant to IC 20-40-18.  Following the public hearing, the proper officers of Brown County Schools may adopt the proposed plan as presented or with revisions.

Public Hearing Date: 10/3/19 Public Hearing Time: 6:30 p.m.

Public Hearing Place: 235 Schoolhouse Lane, Nashville, IN 47448

Taxpayers are invited to attend the meeting for a detailed explanation of the plan and to exercise their rights to be heard on the proposed plan.  If the proposed plan is adopted by resolution, the resolution will be submitted to the Department of Local Government Finance as per IC 20-40-18-9(d).

NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS

Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of HAMBLEN TOWNSHIP FIRE PROTECTION DIST, Brown County Indiana that the proper legal officers of The Brown County Council will consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year at their Regular meeting place at 201 Locust Lane, at 6:30 p.m. on the 21st day of October, 2019.

Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance (DLGF). The DLGF will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriation made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a Certified Copy of the action taken
