Charles Harold Elkins, 84, passed away Saturday, Nov. 16, 2019, at his home.
The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2019, at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home, 3855 25th St. in Columbus, with calling from noon until time of service Wednesday.
