Agenda includes election of officers; appointment to the Brown County Board of Zoning Appeals; 2020 meeting dates; public comment on proposed amendments to section 5.2 of the home occupation ordinance (for home-based businesses); and regular reports. A work session on the zoning ordinance will follow the regular meeting if time allows, focusing on minor subdivisions in the Town of Nashville.

Nashville Town Council — 10 a.m., Town Hall, 200 Commercial St., for strategic direction workshop, focusing on 1.) responsiveness — communication plan and 2.) community and economic development — “brand book” and planning, and infill development plan/strategy; and amendment to resolution 2019-06 (the bicycle/pedestrian advisory board).

Brown County Board of Zoning Appeals — 6 p.m., Salmon Room, County Office Building. Agenda includes election of officers; Brian and Alison Faulkner requesting an amendment to The Wilds private recreational development at 6483 E. Kent Road in Washington Township; G. To be followed by an open meeting at 11:45 a.m. for claim approval and any other business that may come before the council.

Nashville Arts and Entertainment Commission — noon to 3 p.m., Brown County Community Foundation, 209 N. Van Buren St., planning meeting for 2020. Agenda includes review of finances, including 2020 funding request; review of projects to be completed and/or continued; possible new projects/events/partnerships; prioritization of 2020 projects; long-term planning; 2020 committees/leads; and other business.
