Probation for 898 days beginning Feb. 18. Court makes finding of indigence and does not impose payment of fines, fees and costs. Firearms seized in this cause shall be disposed of pursuant to IC 35-47-3-2(c) and not returned to the defendant.

Sentence to be served on consecutive weekends commencing Saturday, Feb. 29 at 8 a.m. to Sunday, March 1 at 8 p.m. Probation for 355 days beginning Feb. 19. Defendant to serve 90 days on home detention with electronic monitoring as condition of probation, which is to start by March 6.
