Brown County Public Library closed until April 5

The Brown County Public Library is itself an art piece, with stunning architecture inside and permanent installations of sculpture, weaving, photography and paintings.

Starting today the Brown County Public Library will be closed through Sunday, April 5 due to the current health advisory related to COVID-19 — the coronavirus.

Any items that are currently checked out are set to automatically renew on their due date, Library Director Stori Snyder said in an email.

No fines will be charged during the closure.

Snyder said the library’s digital collections, OverDrive, hoopla and rdigital are still available online. Library cardholders need their card to access it all and the PIN is 1234.

Video tutorials on how to use the web resources are available on the library’s website www.browncountylibrary.info listed on the right side of the page.

Check the library’s website and Facebook page for more information and updates.
