Bobby Arnold, driving while suspended, Class A misdemeanor; two days in BCJ, all executed. Credit for one actual day. Defendant’s driver’s license suspended for 90 days upon notice from the BMV; $185.50 total court costs.

Dylan Hadley, dealing in methamphetamine, Level 5 felony; five years in DOC with three years executed, remaining two years suspended. Upon successful completion of the clinically appropriate substance abuse treatment program as determined by the IDOC, the court will consider a modification to this sentence. Sentence is consecutive to 49G24-1909-F6-034983 and 07C01-1908-F6-000283. Sentence is concurrent to 07C01-2003-F6-000084. Probation for two years to begin upon release from incarceration; $386 fine and total court costs. Payment of all remaining fines, fees and costs is suspended until the defendant is released from incarceration and the court conducts a hearing on his ability to pay at that later date. Defendant is advised of his appellate rights.

Sentence is concurrent with 07C01-2004-F5-000125; $386 fine and total court costs. Payment of all remaining fines, fees and costs is suspended until the defendant is released from incarceration and the court conducts a hearing on his ability to pay at that later date. Defendant is advised of his appellate rights.
