EDINBURGH — Big Woods Restaurant Group is set to open the doors of its eighth location, Big Woods Edinburgh, in the Indiana Premium Outlet Mall on Monday, Sept. 28. The 4,000-square-foot restaurant is next to the Tommy Hilfiger and Vera Bradley stores. This is Big Woods Restaurant Group’s fifth restaurant in southwest Indiana.
“The Edinburgh location provides an exciting opportunity to grow Big Woods’ fan base,” said co-founder and Executive Chairman Jeff McCabe. “The restaurant’s proximity to the interstate and its location within the Indiana Premium Outlets allows us to provide residents and visitors a memorable dining experience paired with great tasting and popular beer, spirits and cocktails.”
Big Woods Edinburgh will offer full-service dining as well as fast carryout and delivery options to area hotels. A full slate of adult beverages from Big Woods’ Brown County-based sister companies, Quaff ON! Brewing Co. and Hard Truth Distilling Co., will accompany the in-person and carryout menus.
The restaurant will provide seating for about 120 guests. Visitors will have access to a 21+ bar area and family-friendly booth and table seating.
Company-wide, Big Woods Restaurants has more than 400 employees, and the new Edinburgh restaurant is expected to increase that number by up to 80. Big Woods Edinburgh is currently looking to hire cooks, prep cooks, servers, hosts, bartenders and bussers.
