Hazelgrove was booked in on preliminary charges of murder, obstruction of justice and assisting a criminal.

No charges have been formally filed.

Police were called to the home in the 7000 block of Hicks Road just after 11:30 a.m. Monday. Sheriff Scott Southerland said this morning that the department received a phone call yesterday asking that police go check the home because the caller heard that a person may have been killed there on Saturday, Feb. 6.

Hazelgrove was the only person there when six sheriff’s vehicles arrived. Police tried to get him to come to the door for several minutes. He told the deputies he did not know anyone was there until he came to the door to let his dog outside about 20 minutes after their arrival, Southerland said.

Deputies entered the home and discovered a man’s body wrapped in plastic in one of the three bedrooms, near the living room where Hazelgrove’s recliner was, Southerland said.

Police have not reported the identity of the victim or the cause of death, pending next-of-kin notification and an autopsy scheduled for tomorrow afternoon.

Police believe Hazelgrove had been staying in the home with the body since Saturday.

Bustle was found and arrested few miles down the road in another home.

Any formal charges will be filed by Brown County Prosecutor Ted Adams.
