Thank you to firefighters

Thank you, firefighters!
We are so grateful to all the firefighters, police and other emergency responders who rushed into action when our barn was on fire.
Firefighters from five Brown County volunteer departments were on the scene: Jackson Township, Cordry Sweetwater, Nashville, Fruitdale, Hamblen Township plus the Morgantown Fire Department. They arrived around 10:30 p.m. on Nov. 4, left around 2:30 a.m. on Nov. 5 and some were back at 5 a.m. to extinguish rekindle flames.
Temperatures hovered around freezing and flames were enormous from the large barn that ended up to be a total loss.
Emergency personnel surely were tired, but had to get up for busy days of work, child care and general functioning.
These men and women are extremely dedicated and professional, and we cannot thank them enough.
