Wraythe Parker

Wraythe Logan Parker, age 32 passed away all too soon on Tuesday afternoon, April 26, 2022 at his home in Brown County.

He was born June 24, 1989 in Bloomington. Wraythe graduated from Brown County High School and was working as a Line Cook at Out of the Ordinary Restaurant in Nashville. Prior to that, Wraythe was working for F.A. Wilhelm Construction Company, where he was a member of the Iron Worker Union Local 22 in Indianapolis.

Wraythe was a fan of all sports, but was a big fan of the Cincinnati Reds, New York Yankees and the Dallas Cowboys. He enjoyed playing video games, eating with family and friends and watching movies, especially Star Wars movies. Wraythe will be remembered for his humor and quick wit. He loved his family and cherished his time with his children and razzing his nieces and nephews.

Wraythe is survived by his children, Peyton Parker and Ariah Parker, both of Brown County; stepchildren, L.J. Maldonado of Kentucky and Letty Darlage of Brownstown; mother of his children, Heather Darlage of Brownstown; mother, Jane (Jason) Zosso of Brown County, father, Warren Lee (Melissa) Parker of Nashville; maternal grandmother, Diane Hardin of Brown County; maternal grandfather, Lee Maggard of Seymour; siblings, Wesley (Tonya) Parker of Columbus, Lukas Parker of Bloomington, Lencon Parker of Indianapolis, Cora (Renee) Weber of Valparaiso, Stephanie Baldwin of Shelbyville, KY, Elisabeth Zosso of Loveland, CO and Nate Zosso of Columbus; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Walter and Clara Parker.

A Celebration of Wraythe’s Life will be held at a later date. Services have been entrusted to Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center in Morgantown.
