A beautiful person passed on to a more beautiful life on June 12, 2022.
DeMova Marie Brumley, age 92, was born on Feb. 22, 1930 to Gertrude (Wooten) Sell and Roland Sell in Indianapolis, Indiana.
She grew up to marry on Oct. 9, 1948, her husband of 74 years, James R. “Bob” Brumley.
They raised four daughters together; Theresa Moore (Grover) of Nashville, Indiana, Marla Ward of Kansas City, Missouri, Marie Zupancic (John) of Morgantown, Indiana and Shawna Warner (Glen) of Bloomington, Indiana.
They were blessed with eight grandchildren: Theresa “Tracy” Wood, Dennis Moore, Ryan Ward, Robbie Zupancic, Matthew Zupancic, Tony Zupancic, Wyatt Warner and Garrett Warner.
She also leaves behind nine great-grandchildren, whom she loved dearly and five great-great grandchildren who were just beginning to know her.
She loved her two siblings, Roland C. Cell (Dotti) of North Las Vegas, NV, and Janice Sanchez (Larry) of Albuquerque, NM.
She leaves behind her beloved in-laws and many special nieces and nephews.
She lived her life loving and caring for others, being creative and courageous. Forever in our hearts.
The Rev. Stan Loutner will conduct a funeral service at 12 p.m. on Thursday, June 16 at Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center, 179 E. Mulberry Street in Morgantown. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until service time on Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Nebo Memorial Park Cemetery in Martinsville.
