Everyone who knew Joan felt her big heart and giving nature. She was a genuine example of what it meant to have a servant’s heart. She will be dearly missed by all who were blessed to know her. She enjoyed gardening, swimming, and had a love for entertaining. She had a special love for her church (St. Agnes) where she was an active member, working in the office and being a part of the women’s guild. She loved her family and friends dearly.
Services were held for Joan on Friday, Sept. 23, 2022, at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 1008 McLary Rd, Nashville, Indiana. Visitation was followed by a Mass of Christian Burial. Burial followed in Greenlawn Cemetery.
The family would like to thank the staff at Brown County Health and Living for their compassionate care during Joan’s time there. They’d also like to thank St. Agnes Church for their prayers, love and support during this time.
