Book Bike Delivery Day — Brown County Library, 205 Locust Lane. Pick up and return your library materials at one of the scheduled Book Bike locations each Wednesday, April – October (weather permitting). Simply place a hold on your materials by noon Wednesday and select “Book Bike” as the pickup location, then meet the Book Bike at one of our Book Bike stops. Doorstep Delivery is available, call the Library at 812.988.2850 to request this service.

Brown County Inn — Open Mic night at Brown County Inn. Join us every Wednesday night for Open Mic! Bring your instrument and sign up to play – 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Hill Folk Music Series — Join us every Thursday for the Hill Folk Music Series at the Brown County Inn. Bringing you Roots, Folk, Blues &Americana from the best of Brown County and beyond! This Thursday, Tim Easton.

Friday, May 26

Pre-K Days: Words and Wiggles — Brown County Library, 205 Locust Lane. An intro to creative movement and dance followed by open play time. For kids ages 0 – 6. Registration requested.

Movie: Super Mario Brothers — Brown County Playhouse 70 S. Van Buren St. With help from Princess Peach, Mario gets ready to square off against the all-powerful Bowser to stop his plans from conquering the world. $7. Runs Friday through Monday.

Hard Truth — Join us at Hard Truth On The Rocks, for live music every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This Friday is Joe’s Truck Stop from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Hard Truth Distilling Co., 418 Old State Road 46

19th Hole Sports Bar — At the 19th Hole Sports Bar, enjoy the sounds of Homemade Jam beginning at 7 p.m. The 19th Hole is located at Salt Creek Golf Course, 2359 State Road 46.

Saturday, May 27

Brown County Inn — Live Music with Black Cat &The Bones at the Brown County Inn. Music begins at 8 p.m. in the CornCrib Lounge and runs until 11 p.m.

Craft Club — BCPL Craft Club: Junk Journal Folios, Brown County Library, 205 Locust Lane. Make a travel-sized journal using recycled items and decorator papers. All materials and tools are supplied. For adults and teens 13 and older. Doors open at 5:30 pm and instruction begins at 6 pm. Space is limited. Registration requested. Registration deadline is Friday, May 26.
