This year, we’re inviting all local businesses to take part in our industry Pumpkin Decorating Contest and sign up for the spine-chilling Haunted Village Parade on Oct. 31.

🎨 Design Your Pumpkin: Content must be acceptable for all viewers
📷 Snap a Photo: Take a picture of your masterpiece.
📌 Social Media Tags: Post your photo on social media and tag us using #Ilovebrowncounty #BCHarvestVillage #PumpkinPaint.

👻 Haunted Village Parade
Prepare for a hair-raising evening of fun and frights for our Haunted Village Parade on October 31st, 2023! This is your chance to be part of a historic ghoulish extravaganza that promises thrills, chills, and fantastic memories.
🗓️Date: Oct. 31st, 2023 (No rain date)
🕢Parade Time:7:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
📍Meeting Point: Grand Wood Suites Parking Lot/BCCF
⏰Check-In Time: Starting at 6:00 p.m. All participants must be checked in by 7:00 p.m.
Joining the parade is easy! Here’s what you need to know:
✅Sign Up: Register your business by Oct. 10th, 2023, to secure your spot in the parade. Call/Email the Visitor Center to register!
✅Check-In: Arrive at the Grand Wood Suites/BCCF Parking Lot by 7:00 p.m. on Oct. 31st.
✅Pumpkin Decorating Contest: Don’t forget to participate in our Pumpkin Decorating Contest as part of the parade festivities. Showcase your creativity!
✅Vendor Information: If you plan on selling light wands/merchandise at the parade, ensure you’ve submitted an Itinerant Business License to the Town of Nashville.
