Turning the tassle and preparing for the next chapter of their lives.
Pomp and circumstance … turning of the tassel … change the world … a new start …
For some, those are words. But for those graduating, they have special meaning. Because the reality is that graduation is a new start … it is an opportunity to make changes, perhaps even change the world.
High school graduation is a milestone, a transition, if you will. More so than college or anything else, graduating from high school marks the time when many teens leave the nest and begin a new life. Even if that life is at a college, a trade school, the military or maybe just a new job and a place of their own.
So please join the Brown County Democrat and the many, many well wishers who offer a tip of the cap to these young people as they embark on what’s next — whatever it may be!
Way to go Class of 24! You did it!
