Patricia “Patty” (Eldridge) Bothwell, age 76, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on Sunday morning, September 8, 2024. She was a 30-year resident of Brown County in Nashville, IN and former resident of Walkerton, IN.

Patty was born May 12, 1948 in Breckinridge, Kentucky to her parents, the late Louis and Bonnie (Decker) Eldridge. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Patty enjoyed crafting and spending time outdoors with her flowers, herbs, and vegetable gardens. She also enjoyed camping throughout Indiana with her husband Rick. She will be remembered most for her love of family and her unyielding faith in God.

Patty will be missed by her husband of 53 years, Rick Bothwell, whom she married on July 1, 1971 in Augusta, Georgia. She will also be missed by her children Brian (Michelle) Eldridge, Barbara (Marlin) Harris, Tonya (Mitchell) Zultanski, Julia (Ryan) Beeman, and Michele (Billy) Hardy; eleven grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews; siblings Marcia (Jim) Paul, Kathleen Murphree, and half-brother, Louis (Gabby) Broselge.

A celebration of Patty’s life will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation &Personalization Center in Morgantown, IN.
