A public test of Brown County voting machines will take place Friday afternoon in Nashville.
Brown County Clerk Pearletta Banks said the testing, which is open to the public to observe, will take place at 1 p.m. in the Salmon Room of the Brown County Office Building, 201 Locust Lane, Nashville.
The public testing is required by state law in advance of of the start of voting. Early voting in Brown County will begin Monday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at Eagle Park, 1750 E. State Road 46, Nashville.
