Brown County’s girls volleyball team entered sectional play last weekend with a first-round 3-0 victory over Switzerland County, winning 25-11, 25-22 and 25-10.
The Eagles went on to face Brownstown Central in the semifinal of the Brownstown Sectional on Saturday. Results were not available before the Democrat deadline.
Through Friday, the team had a record on the season of 7-13, but had won five of its last eight games of the season, according to MaxPreps.com.
