Easter egg hunts planned
- Children ages 2 to 10 can participate in an Easter egg hunt at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 15 at Deer Run Park, 1000 Deer Run Lane. The free hunt will include treat-filled eggs and photos with the Easter Bunny. It’s sponsored by Brown County Parks & Recreation. Bring a basket.
- Brown County Health & Living Community, 55 E. Willow St., has planned an Easter egg hunt at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 15. Prizes include one bicycle for each age group and McDonald’s gifts.
- Brown County Community Church in Helmsburg will have an Easter egg hunt after the 10:30 service Sunday, April 16.
Church plans Easter activities
HELMSBURG — Brown County Community Church, 2370 Main St. will host a sunrise service from 7 to 8 a.m. Easter Sunday, April 16.
A pitch-in breakfast will follow the service in the Fellowship Hall. Sunday School is at 9:30 a.m. and regular morning worship begins at 10:30 a.m.
