A Bloomington man was pulled over July 7 for not driving on the right half of the road.

Brijesh Krishnan, 35, was stopped at State Road 46 West/Town Hill Road around 11:20 p.m. Nashville Police Officer Dan Klaker reported in a probable cause affidavit that he smelled alcohol and that Krishnan admitted to drinking before driving.

A breath test showed his blood-alcohol content to be 0.09. The limit is 0.08. He was charged with three alcohol-related misdemeanors July 10.
