COLUMBUS
Linda K. McCune, 76, of Columbus, died 9:28 a.m. Monday, Jan. 8, 2018, in the emergency room of Columbus Regional Hospital.
Linda was born in Nashville, Indiana, Jan. 9, 1941, the daughter of Fred and Malinda Schrougham King. She married Warren McCune May 14, 1966, in Columbus; he preceded her in death Dec. 1, 2003. She was a member of First Christian Church and Delta Theta Tau sorority.
She is survived by her brother, Charles B. (Linda) King of Nashville; and several cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and son, John Matthew McCune.
A committal service was conducted Jan. 11 at Garland Brook Mausoleum Chapel with Milo Smith officiating. Entombment followed in the mausoleum. There was no calling.
