A Brown County man has been charged with possessing drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop Jan. 7.
Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy Andrew Eggebrecht stopped Brandon Fisher, 23, for driving a vehicle with “excessively dark window tint” and a partially obstructed license plate, according to a probable cause affidavit.
Eggebrecht searched the vehicle after smelling burned marijuana. He reported finding a glass-like smoking pipe and a grinder with suspected marijuana residue inside.
Fisher was charged Feb. 5 with misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.
