A Greenwood man has been charged with misdemeanors in Brown County related to a crash last October.
Nicholas A. Wycott, 26, admitted to being the driver of the vehicle involved in a crash at about 9 p.m. Oct. 7, 2017.
Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy Josh Stargell reported smelling alcohol on Wycott, that his speech was slurred, his eyes were red/watery and his balance was unsteady, and that he staggered from his vehicle.
A breath test showed his blood-alcohol content to be 0.15, over the legal limit of 0.08.
Wycott was charged March 6 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated — endangering a person, a Class A misdemeanor; operating a vehicle with an ACE of 0.08 or more, a Class C misdemeanor; and operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class C misdemeanor.
