NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Superior Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No.: 07C01-1711-MF-000421, wherein PrimeLending, A PlainsCapital Company, was Plaintiff, and Travis N. McVicar, was/were Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 9th day of August, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Brown County Jail, 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448 the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.
A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, Brown County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said quarter quarter section; thence East 660 Feet; thence South 43 1/4 Degrees East along the center of the Public Highway 284 Feet; thence still following the center of said Public Highway South 46 1/2 Degrees East 168 Feet; thence still following the center of said Public Highway South 47 Degrees East 300 Feet to a point, which is the point of beginning for the parcel of real estate described herein; thence leaving said Highway and running South 25 1/2 Degrees West 305 Feet to a point; thence South 23 1/2 Degrees West 90 Feet to a point; thence South 77 1/2 Degrees East 247 Feet to a point; thence North 26 Degrees East 259 Feet to a point in the center of the above mentioned Public Highway; thence following the center of said Highway North 47 Degrees West 260 Feet to the point of beginning, containing 2 Acres, more or less.
