The State of Indiana to the defendants above named and any other person who may be concerned, you are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is a foreclosure of the real estate mortgage, legally described as:
North Range 2 East described as follows: Beginning South 40 rods and South 86 degrees 00 minutes East 199 feet from the Northwest Corner of said Southeast Quarter Southwest Quarter of Section 5; thence North 53 degrees 19 minutes East 445 Feet; thence South 19 degrees 35 minutes East 231 feet to the center of a Public Road; thence Southwesterly with said Public Road 445 feet; thence North 29 degrees 30 minutes West 363 feet to the beginning, containing 2.81 acres, more or less.
