Probation for five years (two years on Count 1 and three years on Count 2), which shall include standard conditions and special conditions, including one year of house arrest/GPS monitoring, sex offender treatment and special conditions for adult sex offenders; $385 fine and total court costs. In addition to the standard conditions, defendant is to complete 120 days of home detention as a condition of probation, complete a substance abuse evaluation, complete Thinking for a Change and have no contact with victims. Defendant is to pay $330 in restitution to the victims. Sentence is to be served concurrent to 41D03-1901-CM-000086; $186 fine and total court costs. Defendant is advised of his appellate rights.
