the first publication of this notice, or within nine (9) months after the decedent’s death, whichever is earlier, or the claims will be forever barred.

The State of Indiana to the Defendants above named and any other person who may be concerned. You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named and under the Cause Number above stated.
The nature of the suit against you is a Complaint to Quiet Title to certain real estate brought by the above-named Plaintiff. Said suit seeks to quiet title to certain real estate purchased by one Phyllis M. Riskey who received a Tax Deed in respect thereto from the Auditor of Brown County on May 14, 2012. Said real estate is located adjacent to Oak Ridge Road in Brown County and bears a parcel number of 005-04100-16.
This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named Defendants whose current address and whereabouts are unknown: SkyBank, N.A., Union Federal Bank, N.A., Union Federal Savings Bank of Indianapolis, Arsenal Savings Bank, F.A., James R. Childs, Sr., and Dora E. Childs, who are alleged in said suit to be persons or entities that may have an interest in the subject Real Estate.
