Try Tai Chi for free at YMCA this week

Marc Marshall will teach two free practice sessions of Tai Chi in December at the Brown County YMCA.

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner accompanied by deep breathing.

Sessions will be offered from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesdays, Dec. 21 and 28.

The YMCA is at 105 Willow St. in Nashville.
